- Where a donation is made towards a specific campaign, we will use it for that purpose. If that purpose is already met or becomes impossible, we will use the funds for a similar activity.
- Donations are not a purchase of goods or services, and no goods are supplied in exchange.

- You confirm that the money you donate comes from a lawful source.
- You agree to give accurate contact details so we can send your receipt and updates.
- You must be 18 or older to donate.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment step. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by the gateway, your bank or your network. If money is deducted but the donation does not show as successful, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help you resolve it.
5. Receipts and tax
A donation acknowledgement is sent to the contact details you provide. Any tax benefit depends on the certificates we hold and on the tax laws that apply to you. Please contact us for the documents you need.
6. Use of the website
- You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
- All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
- Photographs are shared with respect for the dignity and consent of the people shown.
